Paulownia

Natural warmth and handcrafted to order. Paulownia timber shutters have a distinctive look, with an organic grain and more rustic charm than traditional Basswood. The timber is naturally lightweight, so even large panels operate with ease, yet it remains resilient against everyday knocks and bumps. There are numerous positive reasons to go with Paulownia including excellent thermal insulation, acoustic benefits, healthier livings (hypoallergenic due to hard surfaces) and a UV barrier that help protect flooring, curtains and other furnishing from fading. Sustainable hardwood: 15 paint colours and custom colours available, 63 & 89mm blade, hinged/fixed/sliding/bifold panels, frame options including shaped/raked and Supatilt tilting control.
